- *1/2 hour treatment is suitable for one or two body areas only eg neck and shoulders or legs.

Cancellation/Late Arrivals Policy
By booking an appointment, you agree to our Cancellation/Late Arrivals Policy:
If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel your appointment or you fail to attend, a cancellation fee may be charged. If you arrive late, your massage will still finish at the scheduled time and the full scheduled fee will still apply. Appointment reminders are sent to you the day before your appointment.
^Cancellation fees will not apply if you cancel late due to sudden illness or close contact with a covid-positive case, however, we still require as much notice as possible. Cancellation fees may still apply if you don't contact us to cancel your appointment or if late cancellations become a regular occurrence.
We don't like having to charge cancellation fees so please avoid them by contacting us with as much notice as possible if you cannot make your appointment. We understand that emergencies happen but late cancellations/non-attendance mean another client misses out on treatment and your Therapist does not get paid! Thank you for understanding.
Hicaps (Health Industry Claims and Payments Service) is an electronic, real time claims and payments system. Re-Balanced Bodies is a registered provider with Hicaps and remedial massage claims can usually be made directly through Hicaps at the time of your appointment, provided you have the appropriate level of cover.
Most private health funds are now linked with Hicaps but for the few funds that aren't, our receipts contain provider details so you can still submit a claim with your health fund, provided you have the appropriate level of cover.
Please contact your private health fund to determine your eligibility for remedial massage rebates.
Please note: "Relaxation only" massage is not remedial massage and may not be claimable under private health insurance.
